    Martijn Dekker

    CEO

    Martijn Dekker brings over 25 years extensive leadership experience in the energy industry from his time at Shell, covering all aspects of upstream oil and gas and developing clean energy strategies.

    Martijn earned an MS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Technology Eindhoven, and an MS in Business Management from Aberdeen University.

  • Rob Condon

    CFO

    Rob Condon has over 30 years of public accounting experience, beginning his career as Senior Manager of Ernst & Young’s Houston Entrepreneurial Services group. Rob has deep expertise in managing robust CFO/Controller, FP&A, Fund Administration and back-office functions.

    Rob earned his BBA in Accounting from University of Houston, and is licensed as a CPA in the state of Texas and is a Certified M&A Advisor.

  • Michael Neese

    COO

    Michael Neese has over 30 years of industry expertise across multiple disciplines including; water and wastewater treatment, groundwater remediation, aquifer storage and recovery, hazardous waste disposal, power generation and distribution, environmental, engineering, and large utilities.

    Michael earned a BS in Agricultural Engineering from Texas Tech University.

    Drew Lichter has over 25 years of experience in the commodities space, beginning as an options trader and member of the Chicago Board of Trade, Commodity Options Desk Head at RBC Capital Markets, Head of Corporate Finance at AK Steel, and senior positions at Northwind Resources and Mobius Risk Group.

    Drew has extensive experience in structuring and negotiating long-term offtake agreements; debt, equity, and credit for trade, project, and corporate finance; optimization of energy assets; and corporate leadership and governance. He holds a BA in Economics from DePauw University.

    Corporate Dev. & Funding

    Martin Morse has more than 7 years of experience in investment banking and private equity, focusing on the Energy, Climate, and Infrastructure sectors. Prior to joining Global Cleantech Capital in 2024 Martin held roles at CVC DIF and ABN AMRO in Amsterdam, Dallas, and New York

    Martin earned an MS in Financial Management from Nyenrode Business University and a BS in Finance & Marketing from Iowa State University.
